Rain in Delhi: Rains lashed parts of the national capital on Monday afternoon, finally giving some respite to Delhiites from the hot and humid weather. Forecasts have also been made by the India Meteorological Department (IMD) for the NCR region and adjoining areas in the next 2 hours.
The IMD said the following areas would receive rain today: North, North-West, West, South-West, South, East Delhi and NCR regions such as Hindon AF Station, Indirapuram, Noida and Gurugram.
Meanwhile, Delhi had a pleasant Sunday morning with the minimum temperature at 27.5 degrees Celsius. The relative humidity ranged from 89 per cent to 66 per cent.
Earlier also, the IMD had predicted a generally cloudy sky with the possibility of very light rain with drizzle for today. The maximum and minimum temperatures are likely to be 35 degree and 27 degree Celsius respectively.
