RailTel Corporation of India (RCIL) has invited applications for filling up 69 posts in Technical, Marketing, Finance and Legal Departments. Interested candidates may apply online through the official website of RCIL at Railtelindia.com. The last date for submission of application is 23 February. The vacancies are for the posts of Deputy Manager, Manager and Senior Manager in various departments of RailTel.
RCIL Recruitment 2022: Eligibility Criteria
Educational qualification: Candidates should have completed BE or B.Tech or B.Sc in relevant field of Engineering. In addition, those applying for Deputy Manager Marketing must have completed MBA or PG Diploma in Business Administration with specialization in Marketing/ Telecom/ IT or equivalent. Deputy Manager Finance and Legal should have passed CA/ICWA and LLB respectively.
Age Range: To be eligible for Deputy Manager posts, candidates should be between 21 to 28 years of age while for manager level posts candidates should be between 23 to 30 years. The age eligibility criteria mentioned for Senior Manager Posts is between 27 to 34 years.

Step 3: Now, enter the post you want to apply for in the registration form and also fill other basic details.
Step 4: Upload the scanned photo, scanned signature and scanned left thumb impression.
Step 5: Complete the application form and pay the fee. The application fee for SC, ST and PWBD candidates is Rs 600 while for other candidates it is Rs 1,200.

RCIL Recruitment 2022: Selection Process
Candidates will be selected on the basis of Interview followed by Online Examination. The online test will be of two hours duration and will consist of Multiple Choice Questions (MCQs) carrying 150 marks weightage. The interview will have a weightage of 50 marks. The candidates will have to obtain a minimum of 60 percent marks in the online test and interview to be eligible to be included in the panel for selection. The final list will be based on merit as per the availability of vacancies.
RCIL Recruitment 2022: Salary
Candidates selected for the posts of Deputy Manager will be paid between Rs 40,000 to Rs 1,40,000. The manager will be paid between Rs 50,000 to Rs 1,60,000 and the senior manager between Rs 60,000 and Rs 1,80,000.
