Rahul Gandhi calls the sudden closure of monsoon session a ‘murder of democracy’

Congress leader Rahul Gandhi along with 15 MLAs of the opposition party protested against the abrupt end of the monsoon session in Parliament. Terming it as a “murder of democracy”, Gandhi said, “As far as 60 per cent of the country is concerned… there is no Parliament.” He further said, ‘The voice of 60 percent of the people of the country has been suppressed. He also said that the government ignored his voice on the Pegasus Fame Bill as well.
