Cairo:
Qatar’s Al Jazeera TV network said on Twitter on Sunday that Sudanese security forces raided the home of its Khartoum bureau chief Al Musalmi Al Qabashi and arrested him.
The network did not provide further details.
Witnesses and doctors said massive crowds fired bullets and tear gas in the Sudanese capital Khartoum and other cities on Saturday, killing five protesters protesting the military takeover.
