After a massive success in cinemas and OTT streaming, Pushpa: The Rise, the first part of the two-part series, is all set for its world television premiere. Star Maa, Star Suvarna, Star Vijay and Asianet TV channels will telecast the film in four languages. The film will premiere in March on Star Maa and Star Suvarna. It will then be aired on Star Vijay and Asianet in April. All four of these channels will be broadcast by the Disney-Star network.
The first installment of the Pushpa franchise is hitting theaters across the world, the media group said in a statement. The film is a welcome addition to Disney Star Network’s regional portfolio, the media statement said.

It was also stated that there is a growing demand for quality content amongst the audience and the company would look forward to presenting exciting movies and shows this year.
Pushpa: The Rise was released on December 17 last year in Telugu, Hindi, Tamil, Kannada and Malayalam languages. The film made a dream run at the box office by collecting more than Rs 300 crore. Pushpa is the only sixth film from southern states to achieve this feat.
