Parmish Verma marries Canadian politician Geet Grewal
‘Gal Ni Kadni’ singer Parmish Verma recently got married in a fairy tale with Canadian politician and lawyer Geet Grewal. The couple exchanged rings on October 16 and shared the good news with their followers through pictures from their engagement ceremony, which was reportedly held in Canada. The wedding was a traditional Punjabi affair that spread a few days after the engagement event. Parmish’s pre-wedding festivities began with a mehendi ceremony, followed by haldi ceremony by close friends and family members.
Geet looked very beautiful in the bride’s outfit at the wedding. She opted for a red lehenga and ornate jewellery, while Parmish, on the other hand, matched her red turban with the bridal lehenga. The singer wore a cream colored embellished sherwani. The couple shared love-filled pictures from their wedding on their social media handles and captioned it with ‘P&G’ which means Parmish and the song. The singer also thanked everyone for the well wishes. “Thank you for your blessings and well wishes,” he wrote on his Instagram story.
A day before the wedding, Parmish Verma shared a note on his Instagram story that he won’t be able to post all the wedding photos right away, as he wants to enjoy the happiest moments without any distraction.
Parmish Verma also gifted a Bentley car to his wife and shared the video on Instagram. He wrote, “Thank you for inspiring me to be better than you. I love you babe. The song thanked him for it and wrote, “Kalla Kalla Shonk Mera Shonk Naal Poora. Thanks to my Bentley @parmishverma.”
Shortly after marriage, Geet took her husband’s surname and added her maiden name to that of Varma, while the singer changed her status to ‘No More Shada’.
