Punjab Administrative Reshuffle: In a major reshuffle in Punjab Police by the CM-Bhagwant Mann AAP government, more than 330 officers of the rank of ASP and DSP have been transferred.

Earlier today, a day after the first cabinet expansion of his more than three-month-old government, Punjab Chief Minister Bhagwant Mann allocated portfolios to five newly inducted ministers and reshuffled the portfolios of some others.

The chief minister also left out some key portfolios, including agriculture, which he had earlier and was allotted to some other ministers.

Among the newly appointed ministers, Chetan Singh Jauramajra has been given the Head Health Department while Aman Arora has been given the Housing and Urban Development Department.

Anmol Gagan Mann was allotted tourism and cultural affairs.

Chief Minister Mann shared the details of the portfolios allotted to the ministers in a tweet.

Five AAP MLAs were inducted as ministers in the Punjab government on Monday after Mann’s cabinet was expanded.

This was the first cabinet expansion of the Mann-led government after AAP came to power in the state after the assembly polls earlier this year.
