Khedkar, whose candidature was recently cancelled by the UPSC, had sought anticipatory bail from the high court
The Union Public Service Commission (UPSC) on Monday accused former IAS trainee Puja Khedkar of being the “mastermind” behind the alleged irregularities in her case during a hearing at the Delhi High Court regarding her anticipatory bail application.
“She is a mastermind, without the help of others it’s not possible,” the UPSC stated during the hearing.
Khedkar, whose candidature was recently cancelled by the UPSC, had sought anticipatory bail from the high court. The case is being reviewed by a bench led by Justice Subramanium Prasad.
