Puducherry: PM Modi inaugurated the Technology Center of the Ministry of MSME in Puducherry. India News – Times of India

New Delhi: Prime Minister Narendra Modi inaugurated it on Wednesday technology center Of Ministry of MSME and Perunthalaivar Kamarajar Manimandapam – an auditorium with an open-air theater Puducherry, through video conferencing.
According to a statement issued by the Prime Minister’s Office (PMO), the Technology Center of the Ministry of MSME has been set up in Puducherry with an investment of about Rs 122 crore. This technology center will be equipped with the latest technology, with a focus on the Electronic System Design and Manufacturing (ESDM) sector.
“This will contribute to skilling the youth and will be able to train around 6400 apprentices per year,” the PMO said.
Perunthalaivar Kamarajar Manimandapam – an auditorium with open-air theatre, constructed by the Government of Puducherry at a cost of around Rs 23 crore. It will be mainly used for educational purposes, and can accommodate over 1000 people, the PMO said.
The Prime Minister will also inaugurate the 25th National Youth Festival through video conferencing on National Youth Day, which is celebrated on the occasion of his birth anniversary. Swami Vivekananda,
The festival aims to shape the minds of the youth of India and transform them into a united force for nation building. It is one of the greatest exercises in social unity and intellectual and cultural integration.
