The Bill aims to curb paper leaks, and malpractices as well as organised malpractices in recruitment examinations like UPSC, SSC etc and entrance tests such as NEET, JEE and CUET

Amid the ongoing paper leak row, the Public Examinations (Prevention of Unfair Means) Bill, 2024 has come into force from Friday, June 21.

The Bill aims to curb paper leaks, and malpractices as well as organised malpractices in recruitment examinations like UPSC, SSC etc and entrance tests such as NEET, JEE and CUET.
