South Korea-based game developers Crafton have released pubg: new state Game for smartphones around the world on November 11th. The game is now available for Indian smartphone users as well, for both Android and iOS platforms. The game is now only available on Google Play and the Apple App Store page says it will be available to download starting November 12th.
This is the second PUBG game to be released in the country after the ban of the ‘original’ PUBG game in 2020 which was developed by the Chinese conglomerate Tencent. The move was followed by the launch of the Battlegrounds Mobile India (BGMI) version of the popular game, which was developed by Crafton keeping in mind the Indian market.
Apart from this, in-app purchases are also supported by the app and the prices vary from Rs 75 to Rs 8,900. Crafton previously announced that the new game would be available in 17 different languages worldwide. It’s unclear why the launch on iOS is being delayed. Gamers on Android may also encounter errors playing the game as Crafton says the title has been “under maintenance for two hours.”

The game has dedicated pages for download and install on both the Apple App Store and the Google Play Store. As the game went live here, the Google Play Store page now has an install button. The Apple App Store page says it will be available to download starting November 12th.
System Requirements
The game is about 1.4GB in size on Google Play Store, but may differ in different devices. Android devices need at least 2GB of RAM, 64-bit CPU and must also be running Android 6.0 or above. This game also requires Vulkan 1.1 or higher / OpenGL 3.1 or higher to run. The higher graphics/frame rate setting may only be compatible with modern and more advanced models.
Devices that run iOS 13 and above or iPadOS 13 and above with a minimum of 1.4GB of storage can play this game. Higher graphics/frame rate settings may only be available in selected models.

This new game is based in the year 2051 and features a futuristic architecture with gameplay that involves using more technology. This new game also has the same 100-player battle royale mode and comes with other game modes as well.
Map
The new game comes with a new map called Troi, which is basically a remastered version of the traditional Erangel map with more detailed urban settings like shopping complexes and high-rise buildings. In order to beat your opponents and survive on the map, new strategies and gameplay elements play a key role in doing so.

The game is also equipped with other new elements such as weapons and vehicles that have replaced the traditional four wheelers and two wheelers in the game. Weapons in the new game have an improved visual representation of the bullet meter, which shows the number of bullets you have in the magazine.
This new game promises to change the formula of the classic PUBG game by bringing weapon customization that will allow users to upgrade their weapons while playing matches, almost like the weapon attachments in Apex Legends. Call of Duty: Warzone also includes a weapon customization feature.
Diverse
While the game used to show on-screen data elements such as the number of kills and players alive, it will now show the other two data as well as the number of kill-assists. The new game also allows players to stack weapons and other loot in the trunks of their vehicle.
Based on the images, the game looks like Call of Duty Warzone – another battle royale game popular among console and PC gamers. The ultra-modern vibe is almost like Call of Duty Black Ops 3 or Black Ops 4. The new game is expected to go deeper into the overall PUBG Universe.
