Due to a family dispute, she separated from her husband and on 7 October Jagdish Went to meet the woman in a rented house in Suratgarh.
On learning this, her husband and 10 others kidnapped Jagdish from Suratgarh and took him to a farm house and beat him with sticks.
Later the accused threw Jagdish outside his residence.
By the time the family could take action, Jagdish died, the official said.
He said that a case has been registered under sections of kidnapping, murder and SC/ST Act. Rawatsar DSP has been entrusted with the investigation of the case.
