Now you will hear the sound of tabla, harmonium and conch shell horns in the ambulances running on the streets. Union Road Transport Minister Nitin Gadkari gave this information on Thursday. He had come to Dhanavad village of Dausa to inspect the Delhi-Mumbai Greenfield Expressway being built at a cost of 90 thousand crores. He said that work on the new horn pattern has started.

Gadkari further said that the part of the expressway originating from Ranthambore and Mukundara Hills Tiger Reserve will be made like an elevated corridor, so that the animals living in the sanctuary do not face any kind of problem.

Toll payment will be done through GPS system
Talking about changes in the toll policy on National Highways and Expressways, Union Minister Nitin Gadkari said that in the next two years, the system of payment of toll through GPS system will be started. In this, a software will be prepared and connected to satellite and GPS. After this, the number of kilometers that the vehicle runs on the highway, it will have to pay the same toll. In this program, along with Gadkari, MP Jaskaur Meena, Rajya Sabha MP Dr. Kirodilal Meena, Energy Minister BD Kalla, Bandikui MLA GR Khatana and officials of NHAI were present.

Farmers do not sell land, start their own business
Taking a jibe at the leaders, the Union Minister said that as soon as the expressway is being built, the land is bought by the politicians and big people at the cost of a penny around the highway. Due to this the farmers have to bear heavy losses. In such a situation, I appeal to the farmer brothers that no one should sell their land to any builder or anyone else, but start their business with a developer, so that the youth can get employment.

The length of the highway is 1350 km
The Delhi-Mumbai Expressway is being built under the Bharat Mala project. Through this these two big cities will be connected. This highway will be 1350 km long. 90 thousand crores will be spent to make it. The project is targeted to be completed by January 2023. This highway will pass through 5 states of the country, Delhi, Haryana, Rajasthan, Gujarat and Maharashtra.
