Mumbai: Ever since the announcement of Amitabh Bachchan, Deepika Padukone and Prabhas coming together for Nag Ashwin’s next sci-fi film, fans are eagerly waiting for the untitled film to go on floors. Well, the wait is finally over as the shooting of the film begins today on the auspicious occasion of Guru Purnima. The film has been tentatively titled ‘K’.
Prabhas took to his social media to share the update of the film going on floors with a picture of the clapboard as the ‘Baahubali’ actor first clapped for megastar Amitabh Bachchan. Excited to grab the opportunity Prabhas shared on his Instagram and wrote, “On this #GuruPurnima, it’s an honor for me to clap for the guru of Indian cinema!…It begins now!! #ProjectK “.

Directed by Nag Ashwin, the first shooting schedule of the film will reportedly include some important scenes and scenes with Amitabh and a few other actors. Its shooting has started from today at Ramoji Film City, Hyderabad. Prabhas will join the team later.
This upcoming sci-fi film will also star Deepika Padukone in the lead role. The film is produced by Ashwini Dutt, the producer and founder of Vyjayanthi Movies. Swapna Dutt and Priyanka Dutt are co-producers of Vyjayanthi Movies and Swapna Cinema.
On a related note, a few days back, when the first part of ‘Baahubali’ completed 6 years of its release, Prabhas shared a post giving a shout-out to the entire team of SS Rajamouli’s film which raised the level of Indian cinema. . He shared, “#6YearsOfBaahubali: Here’s to the team that created waves of cinematic magic across the nation and the world”.
Meanwhile, apart from ‘K’, Prabhas will also be seen in Om Raut’s ‘Adipurush’, ‘Saalar’ and ‘Radhe Shyam’.
