At the center of the controversy are two directors of the company Armsprime Media, due to which businessman Raj Kundra was arrested for creating obscene material and publishing it through mobile application – Sanjay Kumar Tripathi and Saurabh Kushwaha.

Armsprime Media Private Limited’s Annual General Meeting (AGM) was last held on September 25, 2019 and as per the records of the Ministry of Corporate Affairs (MCA), its Balance Sheet was last filed on March 31, 2019.
The directors of Armsprime Media Pvt Ltd are Sanjay Kumar Tripathi and Saurabh Kushwaha.
Sanjay Tripathi is also the Director of Invesco Asset Management India, Spartec Ventures, Travelxo Technologies, Agilio Digital Solutions and Agilio Labs.
Actress Shilpa Shetty’s husband Raj Kundra aka Ripu Sudan Kundra is listed as a director in nine companies.
She is a director of Shilpa Yoga Pvt Ltd, known by the name of actress, but Shetty is not a director.
