Former Chief Minister OP Chautala has targeted for distributing ration bags by printing photos of leaders in the Annapurna scheme of the Haryana government. Chautala has called this campaign a waste of public money. The special thing is that the photo of OP Chautala’s grandson Dushyant Chautala has also been printed on the ration bag.

Let us inform that the photographs of Prime Minister Narendra Modi, Chief Minister Manohar Lal Khattar and Deputy Chief Minister Dushyant Chautala have been printed on the 5 kg wheat bags being distributed under the Annapurna scheme of the Haryana government. OP Chautala has commented about this on his social media account. Chautala has written that the government is playing a lewd joke with the public by giving 5 kg of wheat to the poor and putting its photo on the bag. On the other hand, she is spending more than Rs 100 in her own promotion on a bag of wheat worth Rs 96. In this way, the state government is spending more than Rs 100 crore in providing ration bags to 1.22 crore members of 27 lakh families. This is a direct waste of people’s blood and sweat earnings. The government should stop such wasteful expenditure and invest this money in public welfare.
