Dhami is close to RSS and Koshyari
Dhami is considered close to the RSS. He is also close to Maharashtra Governor Bhagat Singh Koshyari. Political experts say about Pushkar Singh Dhami that it is a name that has always been away from controversies. Pushkar Singh Dhami has been raising his voice very loudly on the issue like corruption. Pushkar Singh Dhami is considered to have a good hold among the youth.

Ethnic balance also went in favor of Dhami
Coming from the Rajput community, Dhami is one of the brightest leaders of the state. According to political experts, in view of the upcoming assembly elections, efforts have been made to create caste equation by making Pushkar Singh Dhami the CM. Pushkar Singh Dhami’s name was involved in the race even when Tirath Singh Rawat became the Chief Minister. Pushkar Singh Dhami is younger than other Chief Ministers of the state. Dhami’s youthfulness has also gone in favor of his being elected as the Chief Minister.

Why did Tirath Singh Rawat’s chair go in three and a half months?
In Uttarakhand, in just three and a half months, the third Chief Minister is handling the work. Tirath Singh Rawat, who was made CM after Trivendra Singh Rawat, could not impress much with his work, on the contrary, remained in controversies with his statements. These few things related to Tirath Singh Rawat became the reason for his departure.

Tirath remained in discussion with controversial statements
Tirath Singh Rawat’s 114-day tenure as Chief Minister will be known more for his controversial statements. From torn jeans to 20-20 children, no one has forgotten his statements. As soon as he took office, Tirath kept saying something in his passion.

Image got spoiled due to spread of corona in Kumbh
During the Kumbh, the way he pointed to the authorities to relax the rules of Corona to please the saints, this fair of Hindus became the hotspot of Corona. Not only this, the image of the Tirath government was tarnished by the manner in which the sampling and testing was fraudulently done by the BJP’s close friends to throw dust in the eyes of the court.

Could not finish Chardham Devasthanam Board
Tirath Singh, by overturning the controversial decision of the Trivendra government to form Gairsain Mandal, pacified the protest in Kumaon Mandal, but could not implement it despite announcing about the abolition of Chardham Devasthanam Board. Due to this the Brahmin community started feeling cheated. Like the Trivendra government, Tirath Singh may have done something for only a particular community, but he could not do anything in the election year, which seemed to strengthen the BJP’s prospects.

Tirath looked weak even for the by-election
The pace of development works in the state has become even slower than before under the Tirath regime. Tirath, with a straight personality, could not prove to be election material for the BJP from anywhere. Even if he had to go to the by-polls, there was no seat that could guarantee Tirath’s victory. The same thing went against Tirath the most.
