Kulgam: Suspected terrorists attacked a police party and killed a policeman in Pombe area of Kulgam district of South Kashmir on Saturday evening.
Suspected terrorists attacked a police party in Pombe area, injuring a policeman, an official said.
The injured policeman was taken to a nearby hospital, where he succumbed to his injuries, he said.
He said the entire area has been cordoned off to nab the attackers. The deceased constable has been identified as Constable Nisar Ahmed.
