Ahead of Netaji Subhas Chandra Bose’s 125th birth anniversary, Prime Minister Narendra Modi announced that his statue would be installed at India Gate to honor his contribution to the freedom movement.
Till the installation is complete, a hologram of Netaji will be installed at the statue site. PM Modi tweeted, ‘I will unveil the hologram statue on January 23, the birth anniversary of Netaji.
PM Modi tweeted on Friday, “At a time when the entire nation is celebrating the 125th birth anniversary of Netaji Subhas Chandra Bose, I am happy to inform that his grand granite statue will be installed at India Gate.” “It will be a symbol of India’s indebtedness to them.”
