New Delhi: Prime Minister Narendra Modi on Monday sought information about the terror attack in Jammu and Kashmir and offered condolences to the families of the security personnel killed.
Two policemen were killed and 12 others were injured in a deadly attack by terrorists on a bus carrying Jammu and Kashmir Armed Police personnel on the outskirts of Srinagar on Monday, on the 20th anniversary of the Parliament attack.
Police officials said that terrorists attacked the bus this evening at Jewan in Pantha Chowk area.
The Prime Minister’s Office (PMO) in a tweet said, “PM Narendra Modi has sought details on the terror attack in J&K. He has also expressed condolences to the families of the security personnel killed in the attack.”-(PTI)
