PM Modi may visit Varanasi on July 15 to inaugurate the convention center
Prime Minister Narendra Modi is likely to visit his parliamentary constituency Varanasi in Uttar Pradesh on July 15.
PM Modi is scheduled to inaugurate the Rudraksh International Convention Center in Sigra, Varanasi during his state visit.
Sources said the convention centre, which was built with Japan’s help, will be inaugurated by the Prime Minister along with Japan’s Ambassador to India, followed by a video message broadcast from Japanese Prime Minister Yoshihide Suga.
In view of the security arrangements, the Special Protection Group (SPG) will reach Varanasi by this evening and prepare a blueprint for the security of the venue.
