PM Modi inquired about the health of former UP CM Kalyan Singh

New Delhi: Prime Minister Narendra Modi inquired about the health of former UP CM Kalyan Singh and said that the whole country is praying for his speedy recovery.

“Hon’ble Shri Kalyan Singh Ji, who is admitted in ICU of Critical Care Medicine, is in better condition. His hemodynamically stable. Shri Kalyan Singh Ji is showing steady improvement. His vital parameters are stable. He is communicable. is being treated by senior faculty of CCM, Cardiology, Neurology, Endocrinology and Nephrology” Lucknow PGI said in the latest press release.

Modi’s tweet comes after spreading false news all over Twitter after a news channel wrongly reported Kalyan Singh’s death.

Kalyan Singh has been unwell for two weeks and was undergoing treatment at PGI Lucknow. Singh was earlier admitted to the state capital’s RML Institute, but was later shifted to PGI.

Recently, Home Minister Amit Shah had also inquired about the health of the former CM over the phone. CM Yogi Adityanath has also visited him several times in the hospital.

BJP President JP Nadda had gone to Lucknow on Thursday to inquire about the health of the ailing former UP CM.

After meeting Kalyan Singh on Thursday evening, Nadda tweeted, “Today I went to Lucknow’s SGPGI Hospital and met former Uttar Pradesh Chief Minister Kalyan Singh ji and inquired about his health. I pray to God for your speedy recovery.”
