The university is being established by the state government in the memory and honor of the great freedom fighter, educationist and social reformer Raja Mahendra Pratap Singh.
The university will be established as a whole. Area of more than 92 acres in Lodha village and Mussepur Karim Jrauli village of Kol Tehsil of Aligarh.
