The Punjabi singer recently met popular photographer Sutej Pannu, known for capturing priceless shots of elderly couples. In an instant, Diljit Dosanjh recognised Sutej Pannu and humorously suggested him to wait until he turns 40 years old to take his photographs.
“I know you. You take beautiful pictures of elderly people. But I’m not old, sorry,” said the singer. To this, the photographer added, “But you are an old soul.”
Smiling at him, Diljit Dosanjh replied, “Yes, old soul but not old. Let me mature and grow further. Let me age a bit, come after 40 years. I don’t have a partner too yet. You take pictures of two people who are connected, right?”
“You are connected with your inner soul,” said Sutej Pannu. Soon after Diljit Dosanjh agreed, stating, “This what you have said is deep. Go ahead.” The singer then spotted a perfect spot and posed for the photographs.
He even shared a video on his Instagram handle with the caption, “KARN KAARN PRABH EK HAI. DOOSAR NAAHI KOI (There is only one cause and one reason. There is no other.)”

It did not stop there. After Diljit Dosanjh uploaded the post, Sutej commented, “Blessed to have captured your soulful energy bhaji. Hope to photograph you for the next 40 years and beyond. Keep shining.” Replying to him, the Kinni Kinni singer said, “Bhaji par mai fer v young hee hona.. Then 40 year hor wait karni peni an. I am telling you.”
Photographer Sutej Pannu has beautifully captured portraits of Shehnaaz Gill along with her grandparents and even had the opportunity to photograph Ayushmann Khurana. His goal is to depict the beauty of human relationships and the stories they tell through his lens.
Diljit Dosanjh was most recently seen in Imtiaz Ali’s Hindi film Amar Singh Chamkila. He starred alongside Parineeti Chopra in the movie. While Dosanjh plays the title role, Parineeti Chopra portrays Amarjot Kaur (Chamkila’s wife).
