Petrol prices in Delhi have remained stable at Rs 103.97 per liter for the last one month.

There was no change in the prices of petrol and diesel in major cities except the national capital on Thursday. The price of petrol and diesel in Delhi was Rs 95.41 per liter and Rs 86.67 per liter respectively.

Prices have come down in Delhi as it has reduced the value-added tax on fuel from 30 per cent to 19.40 per cent. This decision was taken in the cabinet meeting chaired by Chief Minister Arvind Kejriwal on Wednesday. Petrol prices in Delhi have remained stable at Rs 103.97 per liter for the last one month.

Petrol and diesel prices remained unchanged at Rs 109.98 and Rs 94.14, respectively, in the financial capital Mumbai. In Kolkata too, prices remained stable at Rs 104.67 and Rs 89.79, respectively. In Chennai too, the prices of the two auto fuels remained stable at Rs 101.40 and Rs 91.43 respectively.

Across the country as well, prices remained largely unchanged on Thursday, but retail rates varied depending on the level of local taxes.
