Karachi: pakistan cricket board Have asked all the national players running Big Bash League To return home immediately to Australia to give himself enough time to prepare for the seventh edition of the PSL starting here on 27 January.
PCB asked Muhammad Hasnaini, Fakhar Zaman, Haris Roufi And Shadab Khan To return home just before the upcoming Pakistan Super League.
The board has also confirmed that the PSL will be conducted as per the original schedule in two phases in Karachi and Lahore.
The PCB had already released the match schedule for the tournament, which begins at the National Stadium here, before the event was shifted to Lahore from February 9.
After signing advanced new broadcast and title sponsorship deals for PSL 7The PCB is counting on the league to be a huge success despite the rising number of positive COVID-19 cases in the country.
The PCB has written to the franchise that has appointed Pakistani players that they will have to return home to prepare for the PSL.
