Pawandeep Rajan’s much awaited music video Fursat is releasing today on 16th December 2021. This is the second video track produced by Octopus Entertainment and co-produced by Nitesh Devpal with director Raj Surani. The full song will be released on the official Octopus Entertainment YouTube channel.
The romantic track is sung by the popular music duo and stars gorgeous south actor Chitra Shukla opposite Rajan in Indian Idol 12 contestant Arunita Kanjilal and Pawandeep. The music video is based on the story of expressing and proving love through singing, which will resonate with all those who have gone through a romantic journey. The melodious music is given by Kashi Kashyap and the beautiful lyrics are penned by Arafat Mehmood and Mukesh Mishra.
Talking about the song, Pawandeep said, “After getting so much love on my previous song, I was really thinking about this exciting thing. Singing is my passion but I think I am better at acting too. Ho ho ho. The credit also goes to Raj Surani who makes me comfortable and helps bring out the best in me. I am working with Chitra for the first time and I hope the audience will love our onscreen chemistry.
“This is my first music video with the very hardworking and talented Chitra and she brings out the right kind of emotion that matches with the track. Our sole goal is to entertain the audience and I hope they give all their love to this new romantic couple as well,” said director, Raj Surani.
Meanwhile, according to a report in ETimes, Arunita may not be invited for the music launch as her appearance could largely focus on her recent controversy over Raj skipping the song. Arunita opted to star in her second song, which she had planned to make with the pair. Arunita claimed that she does not want to act as she is dropping out, while reports say that she had a friendship with Pavandeep which was not going well with her parents.
