Rajkummar Rao is having a fantastic year with back-to-back releases such as Srikanth, Mr and Mrs Mahi, and the most recent hit Stree 2. As the actor celebrates his 40th birthday, his wife, actress Patralekhaa wished him in a sweet Instagram post that is a perfect tribute to the actor. She congratulated him for his recent successful films and wished him more blockbusters.
Patralekhaa wrote, “Happy Birthday Raj. What a massive year you have had. Beginning with Srikanth to Mahi to Stree. We often debate to be a great actor does one have to be a good human being? The answer is yes and I can confidently say this because of you. Cheers to many more characters to many more blockbusters to your uniqueness to your burning passion for your art & to your integrity. Love you” Along with the birthday note, Patralekhaa shared a compilation video from their snowy vacation. In the clips, Rajkummar can be seen playing in the snow flaunting his playful side.

Following the success of Stree 2, Rajkummar Rao is not wasting any time and is already gearing up for new projects. On his birthday, the actor surprised fans by revealing the first poster of his next film, Maalik. In the poster, Rajkummar looks intense, standing on a police jeep in a white outfit and holding a gun. Sharing the poster, he wrote, “Maalik ki duniya mein aapka Swagat hai. Shoot shuru ho chuka hai, jald hi mulaqat hogi.”
Other than Maalik, Rajkummar Rao will also be seen in Bhul Chuk Maaf and Vicky Vidya Ka Woh Wala Video. Meanwhile, Patralekha’s latest series, IC 814: The Kandahar Hijack also stars Arvind Swamy, Naseeruddin Shah, Pankaj Kapur, Kumud Mishra, Manoj Pahwa, Vijay Varma, Additi Gupta and Pooja Gor.
