On the other hand, Shiv Sena leader Harish Singla has been arrested in connection with the clash that took place on Friday. Locals said on Saturday that the atmosphere in the area was calm. Devotees are also coming to see Shri Kali Devi temple. The clash between the two groups took place outside the Kali Devi temple on Friday when Harish Singla’s group started an anti-Khalistan march from the nearby Arya Samaj Chowk.

Officials had said that some Sikh activists, including Nihangs, who had initially gathered at the Dukh Nivaran Sahib Gurdwara, marched towards the temple and some of them raised swords. He told that even his procession had not got permission from the authorities.
