Parliament Budget Session: The second phase of the budget session of Parliament began on Monday (March 13) and will continue till April 6. Parliament was paralyzed for the second consecutive day on Tuesday as the BJP stepped up its attack against Congress leader Rahul Gandhi. comments in the UK, accusing him of disrespecting the country’s constitutional institutions and reiterating his demand for an apology. Two bills – the Multi-State Cooperative Societies (Amendment) Bill, 2022 and the Public Trusts (Amendment of Provisions) Bill, 2022 were referred to a joint committee by the government in the last winter session and are currently being examined by the panel .
