Doha : Star Indian Queist Pankaj Advani Won his 24th world title on Tuesday when he won the IBSF 6-Raid snooker World Cup with victory over Pakistan Babri Manish in the final
Advani, who won his 11th Asian title last week, started the final with a comfortable 42-13 win in the first frame.
Babar won the second 38-14 to level the match.

In the third frame, Advani committed a foul which only he knew he had committed. The 36-year-old won third and fourth in quick succession to go up 3-1.
The Pakistani Qist, in no mood to play the second fiddle to his deserving opponent, prepared a fine break of 56 to bridge the gap.
Advani switched gears and then took the next three a frame away from shaking hands on his 24th World Champions Trophy.
Not going to go down without a fight, Babar won the next three frames as a strong reaction took the match to a precarious position.
At 6-5, it was touch and go. Babar had found his touch and Advani was to lose at this point as he was quite a distance from the finish line. But Babar’s hopes were dashed by a spectacular 32-year break from the cue of the multiple world champion.
Pankaj ensured a clean slate of victories in two international championships – Asian Snooker and 6-Red Snooker World Cup – in Qatar over the past fortnight.
Advani said, “I am living a dream. Having been away from the table for so long, these two back-to-back victories assure me that my appetite and competitive skills have not waned.”
“Very lucky to have won both as I know I still have a lot of work to do in my sport after I return. Glad to be back home yesterday with two gold medals for my country.”
Earlier in the day, Pankaj beat the Asian Snooker finalist Amir Sarkhosho Iran’s 6-3.
