Pakistan News: Key questions on the situation | Hunkar (31 March 2022)

Today, the crucial National Assembly session to debate the no-confidence motion against Prime Minister Imran Khan resumed after a three-day recess. The session was adjourned minutes after its start. Now on April 3, the no-confidence motion is to be discussed in the Parliament of Pakistan. Today, the MPs were not present in the Parliament on behalf of the ruling party. Imran had hoped that the opposition would not unite like this, but the picture is completely different. The MPs of the opposition, showing solidarity, created a lot of ruckus in the Parliament. The Deputy Speaker of the Pakistani National Assembly has adjourned the House till 11.30 am on April 3 before the debate. PM Imran Khan has got an extension of 72 hours.
