Many people have started fleeing out of fear. Still more than 250 Rajasthani bankers are working in J&K and EDB Bank of Kashmir Valley. Day and night it goes out thinking that who is next after victory? Whose turn now…?

Such letters are being issued to non-Kashmiris after Vijay’s murder. Threats are being made that they should leave from here, otherwise such attacks will continue.

Rajasthani employees and non-Kashmiris are deliberately given posting in sensitive rural areas. There are no arrangements for accommodation or food. Common Kashmiri separatist or not, but he hates India. You have to live in such an environment. When Kashmir was closed for a long time after the death of terrorist Burhan Wani, the bank administration did not pay salaries to non-Kashmiris.
