Orlando, Fla. Honey Mukhtar drew a 1-1 draw for Nashville in the second half with Orlando City on Sunday, as the Florida side missed a chance to earn a playoff spot.
Daryl Dyke scored for Orlando in the 18th minute (12-9-12). Nashville (12-4-17) is second in the Eastern Conference.
An Orlando goal was off the board after a video review in the last seconds of stoppage time.
Nashville’s Alistair Johnson fouls Alexandro Pato outside the box. Pato hits the cross bar on a straight free kick. In the ensuing scuffle, one player from each team ended up in the net before the ball could be tapped. The review showed that there was a foul in the melee.
