The thing is about 200 years old. Our Dangi family came from Rajasthan. Stayed here at Devalkhedi village. There was a fight over something. The whole family perished in it. At that time a pregnant woman of the family was in her maternal home in Barodi. Because of this she survived. She gave birth to a son. He grew up in his own home. Married too. After that he established Sagouni Khurd village with the help of Nanihal side. He also had two sons. In this village he started facing problems.

They did not have children. When asked by the experts, it was told that this is a divine place. Due to the curse, you will not be able to have children here. You have to leave the village. After this both the brothers left the village. Then 50 to 60 families used to live here.

After this one brother settled teak art, while the other started living in Hinautia in Vidisha district. Among the descendants of the Runkaraiah family of Dangi society, one family is living in Sagouni Kala and the other in Hinautia village. Traces of old houses are found around the temple. Earlier there was also a temple of Patel Baba and Thakur Baba. Now the villagers have made here the life of Panchmukhi Hanuman, Mother Goddess, Shiva family and Shani Maharaj.
