Russian missile strikes targeted residential areas and the regional administration building in the center of Kharkiv, Ukraine’s second largest city, on the sixth day of the offensive.
Speaking exclusively to India Today, MP Sofia Fedyana said that Kharkiv has witnessed the worst fighting since the offensive began in Ukraine.
