Omicron Variant LIVE UPDATES: 5 new cases have been reported in Telangana.
Omicron Version Live Updates: Telangana reported five new cases of Omicron’s COVID variant in the last 24 hours, taking the total number in the state to 67, informed Telangana Health Bulletin on Thursday. The bulletin said that out of these 67 omicron cases, a total of 22 people have so far recovered and have been discharged from the Government Telangana Institute of Medical Sciences (TIMS) hospital. Meanwhile, Telangana has also reported 280 new COVID-19 cases in the last 24 hours, taking the cumulative cases to 6,81,587. The state has also reported one death in the last 24 hours, taking the total death toll to 4,025. On Thursday, 206 people have been cured of coronavirus infection, while the cumulative recoveries stand at 6,73,999. The recovery rate is 98.88%.
