Ola Electric S1, S1 Pro on sale today, September 8: How to buy online, price, delivery date, bank loan & more

New Delhi: Ola’s much-awaited electric bikes – Ola S1 and Ola S1 Pro – will be officially available for purchase from today (Wednesday, September 8), while the company will start deliveries in 1,000 cities and towns in October.

How to Buy Ola S1 and Ola S1 Pro Online

The purchase window for the Ola S1 opens on September 8 for anyone who has reservations. The entire process is basically digital and can be done from home. No visiting showroom, no running around, nothing. Buying early gives you priority delivery. Also, the window remains open only till the stock runs out, says Ola.

The company has kept the booking period open till September 8 at Rs 499.

The company has also tied up with banks and financial institutions for EMI plans starting from Rs 2,999. ola electric bike.

The Ola S1 comes with a range of 181 km, has a top speed of 115 kmph and can be fully charged in less than 40 minutes with a fast charger, and around six hours with a portable charger that is compatible with the scooter. Will come together and can be installed in homes.

The scooter comes with various features like reverse mode, hill hold function, driving mode and cruise control and takes less than 3 seconds to cross the top speed of 0-40 kmph. It comes with security features like keyless lock and unlock system and anti-theft alert system and geo-fencing.

The scooter comes in 10 colors with an in-house development 8.5 KW motor and 3.97 kWh battery pack. Ola is setting up a manufacturing plant spread over 500 acres in Tamil Nadu.

The company will initially start with an annual production capacity of 10 lakhs and then increase it to 20 lakhs as per the market demand in the first phase. When fully completed, the plant will have an annual capacity of 10 million units, which is 15 per cent of the world’s total two-wheeler production.
