Electric vehicle company Ola Electric has introduced a comprehensive customer service program called “Ola Care Subscription” to further improve its customer service standards. This program is supported by technology, convenience and consumer insight. Users can now avail Ola Care services under either of two plans, Ola Care or Ola Care+, with an annual subscription fee of Rs. 1999 or Rs.

Through the ‘Ola Care subscription plan’, we aim to completely re-imagine the customer service experience. and aim to bring the best after-sales service to our customers.The subscription plan provides customers with 360-degree access to our service network, equipped to deliver customers at the convenience of their doorstep or their nearest Ola Experience Center Is.

Ola Care has two tiers of subscription plans – Ola Care and Ola Care+. Benefits of the Ola Care plan include free labor on service, a theft assistance helpline and roadside and puncture assistance. Ola Care+, in addition to the benefits of Ola Care, includes annual comprehensive diagnostic, free home service and pick-up/drop, free consumables, and 24/7 doctor and ambulance service.
Ola Care subscription plans will focus on providing the following services as part of the subscription like an annual subscription; Ola takes care of comprehensive scooter digi-assistance, towing and puncture assist, and theft assistance, free of charge, to ensure a hassle-free experience for its customers.
The EV maker in case of breakdown with 24×7 ambulance service, online doctor consultation, taxis for onward journey, hotel accommodation in case of breakdown outside city limits, and vehicle custody services for the comfort of the users.
Convenience charges on home service and pick and drop have also been waived under this plan. Additionally, Ola has zero labor charges for non-accident and non-insurance repairs and free consumables.
