    Sainji village is a small and remote village which is about 20 kms from Mussoorie. The village is popularly known as Corn Village. The houses of this village are decorated with bunches of maize. They are hung in the windows, balconies and roofs of the houses.

    Situated at an altitude of 2,298 meters above sea level, the small town is nestled in the beautiful Kumaon hills. From here you can see the Panchchuli ranges.
