Indian batsman Virat Kohli finished off by hitting another century in the ODI World Cup 2023. The 17th match of the tournament was played between India and Bangladesh on 19 October in Pune. In this match, the Indian team managed to win by seven wickets. This is Team India’s fourth consecutive win in the ongoing tournament.

Batting first after winning the toss in Pune, Bangladesh scored 256 runs at the loss of eight wickets. While chasing the target, the Indian team achieved it easily at the loss of three wickets. With this, the blue team has once again reached the top in the points table.

The most successful bowler from the opposition team against India was Mehdi Hasan Miraj. He achieved maximum two successes while bowling 10 overs for his team. Apart from him, Hasan Mahmood managed to take one wicket.

Bangladesh was successful in scoring 256 runs:

Earlier, after winning the toss and batting first in Pune, Bangladesh team managed to score 256 runs at the loss of eight wickets in the stipulated overs. Opening the innings for the team, Liton Das played the highest half-century of 66 runs in 82 balls. Apart from him, Tanjeed Hasan also batted well and managed to score a half-century. He contributed 51 runs facing 43 balls.
