Around 10 people were injured in Friday’s violence in Jharkhand’s Ranchi over Nupur Sharma’s remarks. It is now reported that two of the injured in the violence died on Saturday. The deceased has been identified as Mudassir alias Kaifi. While the other’s name is Mohammad Sahil. The deaths of both have been confirmed by the RIMS hospital administration. The hospital administration said that the injured were admitted here, in which two people died. Both were shot during the violence. Eight people are still undergoing treatment.

In fact, violence erupted in many places in the country on Friday after Nupur Sharma’s remarks on Prophet Mohammad, suspended from the BJP. There were incidents of stone pelting and arson at many places in Jharkhand after Friday prayers.

CM said violence is a matter of concern
Jharkhand Chief Minister Hemant Soren’s statement has come to the fore after the violence that broke out in the state. “This incident is definitely a matter of concern for us,” he said. People of the state should maintain restraint and do not indulge in any kind of crime. Soren said, we are going through a tough test at the moment, but we need not lose patience.

SSP, SP City, DACP and policemen injured
SSP, SP City, DSP City, Daily Market station in-charge and some other policemen were injured during the protest in Jharkhand. According to reports, 11 policemen and 12 protesters were injured. He is undergoing treatment in various hospitals. According to Jharkhand Police, the situation is under control at present. Force has been deployed. Senior police officers including IG, Superintendent of Police, DSP are camping in the area.
