Prabhas and Pooja Hegde-starrer ‘Radhe Shyam’ hit the screens recently. Despite the visual grandeur, the film failed to impress a large section of the audience. Director Radha Krishna Kumar is unhappy with the negative reactions from the audience and critics.
Radha, who had always established that ‘Radhe Shyam’ is a love story, also blames the critics for expecting more from a love saga.
His reaction to the comments on his social media profile indicates that the director is quite upset with the negative comments on ‘Radhe Shyam’. In one of her recent interviews, Radha said, “You go to a vegetarian hotel expecting chicken biryani to be served? We have always said that it is a love story, but critics have been cursing us saying that there is no one in the film. No action. Any meaning?”.
However, ‘Radhe Shyam’ has picked up momentum in terms of collections, as the box office numbers of the weekend indicate good business for the film.
