Northeast Frontier Railways To Operate 12 Special Trains For ADRE 2024, Check Timings – News18

The Northeast Frontier Railway has announced the operation of 12 exam special trains for the candidates appearing for the Assam Direct Recruitment Exam (ADRE) 2024 Grade III and IV examinations. ADRE Grade 3 exam is scheduled to be held on September 15, 22, and 29 while the ADRE Grade 4 exams will be conducted on October 20 and 27.  In addition, it has been decided to extend the services of two pairs of regular trains to support the increased rush of candidates.

Check out the list of trains and their timings:

Train No. 05157/05158 (Alipurduar-Guwahati): The train will depart from Alipurduar at 5:00 pm on September 14 and arrive in Guwahati at 4:55 am the next day. The return trip from Guwahati is scheduled for 8:00 pm on September 15 and will arrive at Alipurduar at 7:30 the next morning.

Train No. 05159/05160 (Alipurduar- Bongaigaon): The train is scheduled to depart from Alipurduar at 6 pm on September 14 and will reach Bongaigaon by 1:00 am. The return journey will begin from Bongaigaon at 6:00 pm and will arrive Apilurduar at 1:45 am.

Train No. 05161/05162 (Mariani – Narangi): It will depart from Mariani at 4:00 pm on September 14 to reach Naragni at 4:55 am at Narangi. During return, it will depart from Narangi at 8:25 pm and reach Mariani at 9 am on the next day.

Train No. 05175/05176 (Haibargaon- Guwahati): This train will begin its journey from Haibargaon at 11:30 pm on September 14 to reach Guwahati at 4:00 am on the next day. On return, it will start from Guwahati at 7:05 pm on September 14 and reach Haibargaon at 11:15 pm.

Train No. 05179/05180 (Karimganj-Silchar): This train leaves Karimganj at 8:00 pm on September 14 and arrives in Silchar at 10:30 pm. The return trip is set for 12:05 am on September 15 to reach Karimganj at 02:40 am on the same day.

Train No. 05181/05182 (Karimganj-Silchar): Candidates boarding from Karimganj can also board this train which will depart at 4:00 am on September 15 and will reach Silchar at 6:40 am on the same day. During return, it will start its journey at 9 pm on the same day to reach Karimgang at 11:40 pm.

Train No. 05183/05184 (Dibrugarh-Ledo): This train leaves Dibrugarh at 6 pm on September 14 and 15 to reach Ledo at 10 pm on the same day. The return journey is scheduled for 4 am from Ledo on September 15 and 16 to reach Dibrugarh at 8 am on the same day.

Train No 05185/05186 (Jamira-Silchar): Leaving from Jamira at 9 pm on September 14 and 15, the train will reach Silachar at 12:10 am on the next day. In the return journey, it will depart from Silchar at 1 am on September 15 and 16 to reach Jamira at 4 am on the same days.

Train No 05177/05188 (Jamira – Silchar): This train will depart from Jamira at 10 am on September 14 to reach Silchar at 1:10 pm on the same day. In return, it will leave Silchar at 2 pm on September 14 and reach Jamira at 5:10 pm on the same day.

Train No 05197/05198 (Jamira- Silchar): Departing time from Jamira on September 14 is 6 pm, while it reaches Silchar at 9:15 pm on the same day. For the return, the time for September 14 is 10 pm from Silchar and will arrive at Jamira at 1:10 am the next day.

Train No. 05103/05104 (Jamira-Silchar): Another option for candidates travelling from Jamira is to board the train at 3 am on September 15, which will reach Silchar at 6:15 am on the same day. In the return direction, the train will depart from Silchar at 6 pm on September 15 to reach Jamira at 9:10 pm on the same day.

Train No 05187/05188 (Murkongselek – Kamakhya): It will depart from Murkongselek at 2:30 pm on September 14 to reach Kamakhya at 5 am on the next day. On return, it will depart from Kamakhya at 7:45 pm on September 15 and will reach Murkongselek at 10:30 am on the next day.

Additionally, the department has also extended the service of various trains, including the following: Train No. 15703/15704 (New Jalpaiguri – Bongaigaon – New Jalpaiguri) — Express would be extended up to Kamakhya, while train No. 05801/05802 (New Bongaigaon – Guwahati – New Bongaigaon) — Passenger will be extended up to Kokrajhar, beginning on September 14 to 16.
