Nokia 5.4 updated to Android 11, brings chat bubble feature and more: Report – Times of India

Nokia is reportedly running Android 11 Operating system update for Nokia 5.4. The smartphone was launched in February 2021. It then came with Android 10 out-of-the-box. According to a report by NokiaPoweruser, the handset is now getting Android 11 OS. available for update Nokia 5.4 Users in India.
One-time app permissions, chat bubbles and more
With the new update, Nokia 5.4 is getting features like chat bubble, one-time app permissions for camera, mic and location. It updated Google Play Services with more security and privacy improvements.
The update measures 1.77GB and brings software version 2.120 to the device. It also comes with Android security patch for the month of August.
As always, the update will have an incremental roll out. It will initially be available to a few users and more users will be added in the next few weeks.
Nokia 5.4 Specifications
The smartphone comes in two color options – Polar Night and Dusk. The Nokia 5.4 has a 6.39-inch screen with a resolution of 720×1560 pixels.
Powered by Qualcomm Snapdragon 662 processor, the handset offers up to 6GB of RAM. To do the camera duty, the smartphone packs a quad camera setup at the back. This includes a 48MP main sensor, a 5MP ultra-wide sensor, a 2MP depth sensor, and a 2MP macro shooter.
Up front, the Nokia 5.4 sports a 16MP camera for selfies. The device is backed by a 4000mAh battery. It comes with a dedicated Google Assistant button and also has a fingerprint sensor at the back.
