Spread over 12 acres, Vedavan Park, located in Sector 78, is a unique park in itself. This park, which is soothing to the mind with the sound of Veda mantras, has become very popular among the people living in the surrounding areas and district in a very short span of time. Noida’s Vedavan Park is emerging as a good picnic spot among people on weekends. The most important thing is that the entry to the park is free. In the coming time, preparations are being made to open an open gym and restaurant here.
This is the first park in Uttar Pradesh which is based on our Sapta Rishis. Here the events related to the life of the seven sages have been displayed through sculpture and art. A 30 feet statue of sage Agastya has been installed in the middle of the park. It is a popular belief about sage Agastya that he had drunk all the water of the ocean with his mantra power.
