This was stated by the Minister of State for: home Ministry In a written reply by Nityanand Rai Rajya Sabha,
“Representations are received from time to time demanding separate service and pension rules for the personnel of the Central Armed Police Forces (CAPFs).
“At present no such proposal is under consideration,” the minister said.
He was asked whether the government is in the process of making separate paramilitary/CAPF rules instead? CCS (Central Civil Services) operate the rules keeping in mind their dangerous service conditions/separation from family.
