Nizam: Nizam, Owaisi’s memory to be wiped out from Telangana soon: Assam CM Himanta Biswa Sarma | Hyderabad News – Times of India

Hyderabad: Assam Chief Minister Himanta Biswa Sarma said that the names and memories of Nizam And Owaisi will be erased from Telangana soon launching a scathing attack against the ruling Telangana Rashtra Samithi (TRS) and Asaduddin Owaisi-led AIMIM party on Sunday.
Addressing a large gathering in Warangal to express solidarity with BJP state president Bandi Sanjay Kumar, who was jailed for organizing a protest last week, Sarma said: “There was a time when people thought they were Babar. And may rule in the name of Aurangzeb. But those days are gone, there is no person who can stop India’s progress.”
“Article 370 has been repealed and the construction of the grand Ram temple has begun, so the day is not far when the names of the erstwhile Nizam and Owais will also be removed,” he said, adding: “History of India says That Babur, Aurangzeb and Nizam cannot remain in memory for long.”
Sarma said that he was confident that the legacy of the Nizam would end and a new culture based on Indian civilization would emerge in Telangana.
“There is no place for pseudo-secularists or those indulging in communal politics. People will no longer be with them,” he said.
Advising Telangana Chief Minister K Chandrashekhar Rao not to rely on a pact with Owaisi as it will not help in the coming days as BJP prepares to capture Telangana in the next elections.
Sarma also hit out at Kerala Chief Minister P Vijayan and other CPM leaders, who had met KCR in Hyderabad on Saturday. “The Left parties are the Sunset Party which has met another Sunset party, the TRS. Both will sink. The BJP is like a rising sun in Telangana,” he said. He slammed CM KCR for failing to provide him a job in the state, claiming that he was only committed to his children and not the people of the state.
