New Year’s gift for Mumbaikars: No property tax on houses up to 500 sq ft
The Maharashtra government on New Year’s Day, Saturday announced that it has completely waived off the property tax bills of residential properties up to 500 sq ft in Mumbai.
The decision was announced after a meeting of the Urban Development Ministry led by Maharashtra Chief Minister Uddhav Thackeray.
