Kamal Haasan, Vijay Sethupathi starrer Vikram is on floors today. The upcoming Indian action film is written and directed by Lokesh Kanagaraj and produced by Raj Kamal Films International. Actor Fahadh Faasil is also a part of the film. Anirudh Ravichander composed the music and film score, Girish Gangadharan handled the photography and Philomin Raj handled the editing.
Trade expert Taran Adarsh shared the news on Twitter along with some pictures from the sets of the film.
In the pictures, director Lokesh Kangraj was seen chatting with Kamal Haasan and Vijay Sethupathi. The actors and crew seem to be busy planning and preparing for the film.

Although the film’s official title teaser, released by Raj Kamal Films International on November 7, 2020, featured a remixed version of the 1986 film’s theme music, the film is not a sequel to the 1986 film of the same name.
The plot is yet undetermined, but the teaser, which was released a while back, hints that it will be a thriller with broader aspects. There is also a chance that Vikram may contain a powerful message, as Haasan, the protagonist of films like Sagar and Hey Ram, has long been associated with intellectual filmmaking.
